That is the 3rd aya of Surah Al Maidah (Quran 5:3) "Alyuama akmaltu lakum deenakum …..". “This day I have perfected your religion for you, completed my favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion”.

The revelation was; O you who believe! Observing As-Saum (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqûn (the pious). Al-Bakarah 183

A 2: Hajj was made obligatory in 9 A.H. The revelation that came down was; And Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) to the House (Ka'bah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allâh, those who can afford the expenses (for one's conveyance, provision and residence); and whoever disbelieves [i.e. denies Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah), then he is a disbeliever of Allâh], then Allâh stands not in need of any of the 'Alamîn (mankind and jinns).
