Through strategic branding, digital engagement, and community outreach, marketing efforts will directly contribute to both short-term income opportunities and long-term financial resilience.
- Sponsorships & Partnerships: Collaborate with local businesses through sponsorships, branded content, and event partnerships while expanding digital reach and media visibility.
- Merchandise Sales: Develop and sell branded merchandise to enhance visibility and generate additional revenue.
- Donations & Memberships: Drive online and recurring donations through promoting streamlined giving platforms and grow membership participation to sustain long-term support.
- Event Promotion: Increase attendance and participation in community programs and fundraisers to strengthen engagement and donation outcomes.
Proposed Implementation Approach
To balance cost efficiency with quality, IAGD should adopt a hybrid marketing model, combining outsourced technical expertise with locally led initiatives.
Outsourced (International Agencies / Specialists)
- Content creation: graphics, video editing, and digital design
- Advertising: paid campaigns and performance optimization
- Brand development
- Analytics: data tracking, reporting, and performance insights
- Website development and maintenance
Local (On-Site Teams)
- Event coverage: photography, videography, and live content
- Community outreach and local engagement initiatives
This approach ensures low cost, quality, scalability and maintainability, through strategic control under the Marketing Director’s oversight. Additionally, this significantly reduces the number of volunteers that require exhaustive technical training, and can be hard to replace.
